Pet Policy

If a propety we manage accepts pets, review our pet policy below for more information on pet rent. Pet rent is an additional charge per pet each month that will be added to your rental amount every month. See below for details on pet rent amounts.

Dogs:
Less than 40 lbs. $30 per month
40lbs-65lbs          $35 per month
65lbs and higher  $40 per month

Cats:
$30 per month

Birds:
$15 per month

Other Caged Animals:
$10 per month

Rottweiler
Pit Bull (American, Staffordshire, Terrier, Staffie)
Doberman Pincher
Chow
Shar-pei
Dogo
French Mastiff
Wolf or Wolf Hybrid
Presa Canario

Upon turning in an application to our office we will ask for a picture of your pet(s).
